My name is Ann Marie and I would like you to know I had the most pleasant and rewarding experience with one of your salesman who visited our home recently. We were in the yard playing and he drove in; normally my husband would immediately send the person away. However, Jim Manganiello was a very calm, polite, humorous man who was not pushy or insistent. He listened to our circumstances and made great suggestions for what would best serve our needs. This is the first order we have ever tried from a company such as this because we were going to in the past and were completely turned off by the salesman and did not buy the product. Jim suggested several item and we couldn't wait to try them. We did and we LOVED them. We are super pleased with Jim and incredibly happy with the products.
